Alta Video software versions from 5.7 onwards, when running on Alta Cloud Connectors, provides direct integration with C·Cure.

Overview of the C·Cure and Alta Video integration process

Follow the top-level steps to integrate your C·Cure 9000 system with Alta Video:

  1. Contact Software House to purchase the Alta Video Integration License for your C·Cure System.
  2. Install and activate your Alta Video Integration License on your C·Cure server.

    Refer to the C·Cure installation documents for more information.

  3. Create a non-system user on the C·Cure server, to be used by Alta Video.
  4. Connect your access control systems to your Alta Video deployment. See Add C·Cure access control to Alta Video.
  5. Connect your access control points to Alta Video. See Add access control points to Alta Video.
  6. Configure Video view with your access control points. See Add access control points to Video view.
