Alta Aware — 739: Aware bookmark guest tokens and password reset URLs logged

Overview

The full URL path for password reset and bookmarks were included in internal log messages. Because guest tokens were included in the URL path, they were therefore also included in these log messages.

Affected Products

• Ava Aware:
  • All Stable upgrade channel versions before 5.5.7.
  • All Beta upgrade channel versions before 5.6.3.

Unaffected Products

• Ava Aware:

  • All Stable upgrade channel versions after and including 5.5.7.
  • All Beta upgrade channel versions after and including 5.6.3.

• Ava Cameras: all versions.

• Ava Cloud: all versions.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in Ava Aware Beta upgrade channel version 5.6.3 and Stable upgrade channel version 5.5.7.

It is strongly recommended that all installations running an affected version are upgraded to the latest release as soon as possible. Releases are available to download through the Ava Aware User Interface.
