Sign in to Alta Video as a unified user

If your Alta Video deployment has been unified with Alta Access, you sign in through the unified sign-in screen.

Task — Sign in to Alta Video as a unified user

1. From a compatible browser (Chrome or Microsoft Edge) browse to your Alta Video deployment.

   A welcome email will be sent to your inbox.

2. Enter your email address and choose Sign in with Avigilon Alta or Single sign-on (SSO).
3. If you have multiple identities, choose the relevant identity in the required data region.
   1. If you do not have multiple identities associated with your email address, the password or SSO dialog shows instead.
4. Enter your password and, if required, a 2FA code. Alternatively, sign in using SSO.
