Configure Ava camera auto-rotation

Configure auto-rotation to enable Avigilon Ava Dome and Avigilon Ava 360 cameras to provide the correctly-oriented video streams.

Avigilon Ava 360 cameras can only auto-rotate the video streams when wall-mounted.

Avigilon Ava Dome cameras cannot auto-rotate the stream when ceiling-mounted with the lens close to pointing directly downwards.

Task — Set auto-rotation

  1. From the toolbar, open new tool button > devices tool buttonDevices.
  2. Select the Avigilon Ava camera to configure.
  3. From Settings, click Edit settings.
  4. Click Video adjustments.
  5. Enable Auto video rotation.
  6. Click Done.
