Export user access reports

You can download a list of users that have permissions to access the devices connected to your deployment. You can also download a list of devices accessible by selected users.

You can choose to export information in a CSV file or as a PDF.

Task — Export a device user access report

Export a list of users that can access the selected devices.

  1. From the toolbar, open new tool button > devices tool buttonDevices.
  2. Open the required device tab: Cameras, Access Control, Sensors, Speakers, or POS.
  3. Select the required devices.
  4. Click edit button Edit.
  5. Click Export [device type] User device access report.
  6. If required, enter a new file name.
  7. Choose either CSV or PDF format and click Export.

Task — Export a user device access report

  2. Select the required users.
  3. Click edit button Edit.
  4. Click Export user device access report.
  5. If required, enter a new file name.
  6. Choose either CSV or PDF format and click Export.
