Check the status of backups from your cameras

When your Alta Video deployment is configured to back up your video data, you can check the current status of the backups.

Task — Check backup status

  1. Log in to Alta Video as an Administrator.
  2. From the toolbar, open new tool button > system tool bar System.
  3. From Deployment, select Settings Settings.
  4. Select Backup cameras.
  5. Click View backup status.
    The video chunks are displayed, with the status of Pending, Uploading, or Complete.
  6. Click Close.
  7. Click Done.
