Alta Video logs

To view and change system settings, you must have the correct permissions. See Alta Video Deployment settings.

To help the Alta Video Support team troubleshoot issues with your deployment, download log files and attach them to a support case.

Download Alta Video logs

  1. Open the System System tool.
  2. From Deployment, select Settings.
  3. Select Logs.
  4. Click Download logs.
    1. Two zip file download to the default location on your workstation.
    2. One contains information about your cameras and Cloud Connectors .
    3. The other contains information about Alta Video.
  5. Click Done.
