Download log bundles from your Alta Video deployments

When working with the Avigilon Alta technical support team, it can be helpful for them to see the log files produced by your Alta Video or Alta Video cloud deployments. Use this task to download the bundle of log files, so that they can be sent to the Avigilon Alta Support team.

Task — Download log bundles from your Alta Video cloud deployment

  1. Log in to Alta Video as an Administrator.
  2. From the toolbar, open new tool button > system tool bar System.
  3. From Deployment, select Settings.
  4. Select Logs.
  5. (Optional) For deployments that include Alta Cloud Connectors, select Include logs from Cloud Connectors.
  6. Select Download.
    The requested log file bundles are downloaded to your computer's default downloads location.
