Add users to Alta Video

From the Users tool, an Administrator can create or delete users.

Prerequisites

To manage Users, you must have Administrator privileges.

Task — Open the Users tool

1. Log in to Alta Video as an Administrator.
2. From the toolbar, open > Users.

Task — Add a user to Alta Video

1. Click Add users.
2. Enter information about the user.

   The entered email address becomes the username when logging into Alta Video.

3. Select the User group for the user.
4. To add another user, choose Add.
5. To finish, choose Add & Close.

Task — Delete a user from Alta Video

1. Select the user to delete. To select multiple users, hover over each user and click the checkbox next to their user name.
2. Click Edit user|Edit users.
3. Click Delete user|Delete users.
4. Chose Delete to complete this action.
