View the point-of-sale information layer in Video view

When watching the Video view, it can be useful to view the information from your point-of-sale integration.

You can view the Show POS events layer in the panes showing the associated cameras.

Task — Enable the POS events layer

  1. From the toolbar, open new tool button > video view button Video view.
  2. Select Layers button Layers.
  3. Choose Point-of-sale infomration layer button Show POS events.
  4. To see a longer list of POS transactions, click three dots menu button in the video pane of the associated camera.
