Change Arming Station Pro settings in Alta Protect

You can change the configuration of an Arming Station Pro using the Devices tool in Alta Protect.

View and change Arming Station Pro settings

  1. In Alta Protect, open the Devices Devices tool.
  2. Select the Access tab.
  3. Select the required arming station.
  4. From the side panel, expand Settings to see general information about the device.
    1. To configure the device, click Edit settings and select the required tab:
      • General — Change settings such as the device name, site, device group, labels, device status, and location.
      • Video — Make video adjustments for the built-in camera. Turn on face recognition, image health, and video overlay.
      • Access — Associate other cameras that can see this device. Click Open in Control Center to access authentication settings.
      • Connection — Configure the network settings and device credentials. Check network status by running a Connectivity test.
      • Analytics configuration — Define areas in the camera view that are not processed by video analytics.
      • Privacy area configuration — Define areas in the camera view that are not recorded or processed by video analytics.
      • Anomalies — View and adjust settings related to AI-powered anomaly detection for the camera.
      • Audio — Turn on the built-in microphone, enable live audio streaming and recording, and configure the built-in speaker.
      • Exclude false detectionsRemove falsely identified stationary people or vehicles from future detections..
      • Maintenance — Download logs and encryption keys, restart or replace the device, delete onboard recordings, or restore the default settings.
  5. From the side panel, expand Detailed information to see more information about the selected device.
  6. From the side panel, expand Logs and comments to view automated logs and user comments. You can add comments about the configuration of the device.
