Avigilon Alta provides a 24/7 remote monitoring service you can add as a licensed feature to your Alta Protect deployment.

Operators in certified centers monitor your security system and review triggered alarms.
If operatives determine an alarm is valid, they request the dispatch of security personnel to the alarm site.

Alta Protect and Alta Protect monitoring service are separately licensed features. Alta Protect monitoring service is unavailable in some regions. Speak to your Avigilon Alta Partner or Sales representative for more information.
