With the Ava Security Ava Aware mobile app, you are no longer tied to your desk for these tasks. Securely receive notifications about alarms and anomalies on your cellular device and view the accompanying video for these events.
You can also view the video feeds from any cameras connected to your Ava Aware deployments.

Getting started with the app
(back to top)To use the Ava Security Ava Aware mobile app for Android devices, you must already have a user profile set up for the Ava Aware deployments you want to monitor with, as a minimum the following permissions:
- View live video
- View historic video
- View devices in video view
- View alarms
To install and use the Ava Security Ava Aware mobile app for Android devices:
- Install the Ava Security Ava Aware mobile app on your Android device, using the usual Play Store work-flows.
- Connect to your Ava Aware deployment: enter your server name (for example, Aware-test-server) in the
Deployment name field. - Tap
NEXT . - Enter your Ava Aware
Username andPassword . - Tap
SIGN IN .

These issues have been resolved:

5210, 5280 | Issue: Depending on the logged in user, their roles and assigned permissions, and the configuration of the rules, you might not receive notifications on your mobile devices. |
4876 | Issue: When using the app to view multiple Ava Aware deployments, you might experience intermittent issues when signing into and out of each deployments. Workaround: After signing out of one deployment, close the app, then reopen the app and sign into the next deployment. |
4815 | Issue: Occasionally, when attempting the minimize the device group, it is unsuccessful. |
