Allow RTSP traffic from your Alta Cloud Connectors

When using Alta Video, you must allow RTSP traffic for your Alta Cloud Connectors by configuring the Incoming Firewall for the network interface to be used.

Task — Allow RTSP traffic through the firewall

  1. From the toolbar, open new tool button > system tool bar System.
  2. Click the Cloud Connector Name.
  3. Click Edit settings.
  4. Click Interfaces.
  5. Click Edit icon for the interface to modify.
  6. Scroll to the Incoming Firewall area.
  7. Enable the required RTSP and/or RTSPS communications from the Incoming Firewall area.
  8. Click Done.
  9. Click Done.
