Create views

You can observe multiple camera feeds by creating views.
- You can use a combination of cameras and other devices, such as access control points, sensors, point-of-sale (POS), and speakers.
- You can save your views and share them with other users.
Create a view
- Open Tools > Video view .
- If required, click  to open the sidebar. 
- Choose the layout:- Video view defaults to four panes in a 2 x 2 layout.
- To change the number of available panes, expand Layouts and select a different layout.
- For larger layouts, timelines might be hidden until you select a pane, and the number of panes simultaneously playing back video might be limited.
- To create a custom layout, see Create layouts.
 
- Expand the Cameras list and assign cameras to the panes:
				- Drag a single camera to a pane.
- Drag a site or device group to a pane. Camera feeds from the site or group show in rotation.
- Drag a site or device group to the center of the panes. Camera feeds from the site or group fill the available panes or show in rotation. Feeds are prioritized based on alarms and video analytics identifying anomalies and interesting activity.
- Click to filter cameras by site name and device name, or click to filter by label.

- To remove cameras, right click in a pane and select Clear pane > This pane orClear pane > All panes as required.
- If required, click Save video view . For more information, see Save and share views.
Add alarm and anomaly camera feeds to a view
You can assign camera feeds with ongoing alarms and anomalies to view panes:
- Open Tools > Video view .
- If required, click  to open the sidebar. 
- Expand Alarms & anomalies .
- Expand the required list, and drag the required device into a pane.
Add other devices to a view
You can assign access control points, sensors, speakers, and POS devices to view panes:
- Open Tools > Video view .
- If required, click  to open the sidebar. 
- Expand the relevant list, and drag the required device into a pane.
- The pane shows feeds from cameras integrated into the devices or feeds from associated cameras.- You can associate cameras to a device in its settings: Tools > Devices > <choose device>Edit settings .

- To see live updates from all the sources on a sensor, Enable sensor info in Layers. 
Update an existing view
You can update an existing view by opening it, making changes, and re-saving it.
- Open Tools > Video view .
- If required, click  to open the sidebar. 
-  Expand Saved views. 
- Select the required view.
- Make your changes.
- Hover over the view in Saved views , click More options, and select Update with current view.
