Save and share views

You can save your views and share them with other users.
Save a view
- Open
Tools > Video view and create or modify a view. See Create views. - If required, create a new saved view folder. See Create a saved view folder.
- Either:
- Click
Save video view . - Hover over a folder in
Saved views, click
More options, and select Save current view to this folder.
- Click
- Enter a name.
- To save the view in a different folder, click Change folder.
- To control access, add PEOPLE & GROUPS, select their permissions, and click Add.
- Click Save.
Use a saved view
- Open
Tools > Video view . - If required, click
to open the sidebar.
- Expand
Saved views.
- Select the required view.
Create a saved view folder
- In
Saved views, click
New folder.
- Enter a name.
- To add the folder inside an existing folder, click Select folder.
- You can also manage folders by drag and drop.
- To control access, add PEOPLE & GROUPS, select their permissions, and click Add.
- Click Save.
Set a default view
You can set the configuration used when Video view opens.
- Open
Tools > Video view . - If required, click
to open the sidebar.
- Hover over the required view in Saved views , click
More options, and select Make default view <x>.
- The number indicates the Video view instance in the toolbar.
- For example, whenever you open Video view 2, it uses the view set with Make default view 2.
- Make default view 1 is the default view when you first open the Video view tool.
