DMP user roles
Last modified: Wednesday January 24, 2024.
In Alta DMP, all users belong to an organization. Each DMP user is assigned a role that determines their user permissions. You can assign users to groups, and end customers can choose which groups can access their deployments.
Each DMP user is assigned one of the following roles:

- Partner Operator
- Login Only
The following table summarizes the permissions for each user role:

You can use the Login Only role for users who can receive email notifications but not access DMP or any deployments. A Login Only user only logs in to DMP to verify their email address.
