Known issues
During testing, we have found the following issues in these software packages:
Reference | Issue | Software |
---|---|---|
AVA-8756 | When using the download manager, a blank screen could display and the download fails. | Alta Video |
AVA-8722 | When refreshing a page the Video View tabs can reopen after being closed. | Alta Video |
AVA-8701 | When popping out the Video view tab, it can create an additional view, rather than maintaining the view being popped out. | Alta Video |
AVA-8569 | When using the PTZ function to tilt the camera, the controls can become inverted. | Alta Video |
AVA-8547 | The RTSP URL generated for non-cloud cameras could cause new streams to fail within Alta Video. | Alta Video |
— | Fall detection and bag pick up/drop detection remain as Beta features. Contact support if you would like to trial them on your deployment. | Alta Video |
AVA-7372 | Face search can occasionally take a few minutes to return a result when used with multiple cameras over an extended time period. | Alta Video |
AVA-5855 | When saving a Video view, you may see a 400 Bad Request error. The saved view can still be shared and accessed. | Alta Video |
AVA-5127 | Privacy masks for Ava Quad sources do not work on live streams or video playback. | Alta Video |
AVA-4811 | Alta Video shows an unverified SD card warning and cannot access a dual-SD card camera with only one working SD card. | Alta Video |
