Release notes: Alta Video 7.4.1 beta

As we continue to unify the Avigilon Alta cloud products, we are renaming Alta Aware as Alta Video and the Alta Control Center as Alta Access to make navigating between your products easier.

About this release

Installing this release will upgrade Alta Video deployments, and, if needed to maintain feature compatibility, any Alta cameras associated with your deployment.

Updated domains

As we unify Avigilon Alta Video and Avigilon Alta Access, alta.avigilon.com will become the main domain used by Avigilon Alta Video and other Avigilon Alta services. Update your firewall rules to include this domain and its subdomains.

Alta Cloud Connector BIOS and iDRAC updates

For customers with Alta A2000 Cloud Connector or Alta A3000 Cloud Connector servers, Dell recommends that if the BIOS and iDRAC firmware versions are lower than BIOS v2.17.1 and iDRAC9 v6.10.30.20, the BIOS and iDRAC firmware is updated.
