Configuring Alta Video to use Face search

Face search is configured on a per site basis. This means that cameras must belong to sites that are physically located within a geographical region where the use of facial recognition technologies is legal.
It is the responsibility of administrators of each Alta Video deployment to ensure that the use of Face search complies with local, state, or national legislation for the use of facial recognition technologies.
- Add location information to your sites. See Create Sites.
- Configure Person appearance attributes in your deployment settings. See Analytics search settings.
