Associate an Arming Station Pro with a Zone

Before you start

• Add an Alta Arming Station Pro to your deployment. See Add an Arming Station Pro to Alta Protect.
• The deployment must have a Protect zone, or you can associate the arming station when adding triggers to a new zone. See Create a Protect zone.

Add an Arming Station Pro to a zone

1. Open the Zones tool.
2. Select the required zone and click Edit zone from the side panel.
3. Click Next.
4. Click within ARM & DISARM.
5. Enable With devices and select the required arming station. You can associate an Arming Station Pro with up to four zones.
6. If required, set a Zone PIN:
1. Set a 4–16 digit PIN.
   1. Anybody can enter the PIN into an arming station associated with this zone to arm or disarm it.
   2. For more information, see Zone PINs.
2. You can set the authentication method in your deployment settings.
   1. Choose between user credentials and zone PINs. See Zone authentication method.
7. Click Done.
