Zone Notifications & webhooks

You can configure the notifications and webhooks sent during alarm phases or during arming and disarming:

  1. Pop-up. Send a pop-up notification to users with access to cameras associated with the zone.
  2. Email. Send an email message to users with access to cameras associated with the zone.

  3. External link. Create an external link for users to view the alarm.

  4. Audio. You can play pre-recorded audio when the alarm triggers.
    1. Choose the Sound from the dropdown. To listen to the sounds, open the audio library button Audio library. For more information, see Audio library.
    2. Select the required Output speakers and how the sound should Loop.
  5. Webhook. Set a webhook to trigger when the phase begins or terminates.
    1. To configure a webhook, select webhook settings button.
