Create new deployments for customers

You can create new deployments for a customer from the deployment or customer list.

Create a new deployment from the customer list

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. From the Deployment list, click Customers or open the main menu menu button and select Customers.
  3. Select and expand the required customer and click Customer details.

  4. Open the left Deployments tab and click Add deployments button.

  5. Click Add deployment button in the Add deployments dialog.

  6. Select Add deployment.
  7. Enter the company details and click Next.
  8. If required, change the deployment details.
  9. Click Next.
  10. If required, add DMP user groups with access to the deployment.
    1. To access the deployment from DMP, the customer must assign the selected DMP user group to an Alta Video user group in the deployment.
  11. Enter an email address for the default customer administrator for the deployment.
  12. Click Done.

Create a new deployment from the deployment list

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. From the Customers page, click Deployments or open the main menu menu button and select Deployment list.
  3. Click Add deployment button and select Add deployment.
  4. Enter the company details and click Next.
  5. Select a Customer from the dropdown.

  6. If required, change the deployment details.
  7. Click Next.
  8. If required, add DMP user groups with access to the deployment.
    1. To access the deployment from DMP, the customer must assign the selected DMP user group to an Alta Video user group in the deployment.
  9. Enter an email address for the default customer administrator for the deployment.
  10. Click Done.
