Assign existing deployments to customers

After you have created a customer in DMP, you can assign their existing deployments to them.
Assign deployments from the customer list
- Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
- From the
Deployment list , clickCustomers or open the main menu and selectCustomers . - Select and expand the required customer and click
Customer details . - Open the left
Deployments tab and click . - Select the required deployments and choose
Add .
Assign deployments from the deployment list
- Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
- From the
Customers page, clickDeployments or open the main menu and selectDeployment list . - Select and expand the required deployment and click
Deployment details .- If you cannot see your customer deployments, contact contact Avigilon Support (support@avasecurity.com).
- In
DEPLOYMENT DETAILS , select the requiredCustomer from the drop-down list. - Click
Done .
