Assign existing deployments to customers

After you have created a customer in DMP, you can assign their existing deployments to them.

Assign deployments from the customer list

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. From the Deployment list, click Customers or open the main menu menu button and select Customers.
  3. Select and expand the required customer and click Customer details.

  4. Open the left Deployments tab and click Add customer button.

  5. Select the required deployments and choose Add.

Assign deployments from the deployment list

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. From the Customers page, click Deployments or open the main menu menu button and select Deployment list.
  3. Select and expand the required deployment and click Deployment details.

    1. If you cannot see your customer deployments, contact contact Avigilon Support (support@avasecurity.com).
  4. In DEPLOYMENT DETAILS, select the required Customer from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Done.
