Create new customers in DMP

To add a new customer, you must have the license pack key provided for their order.

Create a new customer in DMP

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. From the Deployment list, click Customers or open the main menu menu button and select Customers.

  3. If you haven’t created any customers, you will see all your deployments associated with the default customer.

  4. Click Add customer button.

  5. Enter the License pack key.

    1. The license details and associated customer name automatically populates.
  6. Click Next.
  7. If required, rename the customer.
  8. Add a Customer email address as a point of contact for this customer.
  9. Click Add.
  10. To see a customer’s deployments, assigned licenses, and license usage, click their name in the customer list.
