Unified DMP and Alta Access organizations

To unify the user management services of Alta DMP, we combine each DMP organization with one Alta Access organization. A unified organization exists in DMP and Alta Access and has unified users that can access both applications.

• Currently, we do not unify SSO DMP users. See Unified users and identities.

Comparing DMP and Alta Access organizations

Alta Access organizations can be customer organizations or partner organizations.

• Alta Access customer organizations manage users and access points, similar to how Alta Video deployments manage users and cameras.
• Alta Access partner organizations can manage multiple customer organizations, similar to how DMP organizations manage numerous deployments.
• Additionally, a Alta Access partner organization can manage users and access control points the same way a Alta Access customer organization can.
