Typical use for Alta A1000 Cloud Connector

Designed for capturing and analyzing the feeds from up to 75 cameras, and with sufficient storage for most situations provided by up to four SATA hard disk drives (up to 48TB (net) storage), the Alta A1000 Cloud Connector provides an ideal basis for the small-to-medium sized organization. It is equally useful as a node for a smaller office when configured as part of a larger cluster installation.

RMA and warranty policy on discontinued products

If a failure of an Alta A1000 Cloud Connector occurs while the product is under warranty and such failure is covered by the warranty, Avigilon will replace the failed unit with a replacement. Support policy

Avigilon will continue to support the Alta A1000 Cloud Connector until October 1, 2029 for software issues, or the expiration of the installed product's warranty as determined by the unit's service tag.
