Typical use for Alta A500 Cloud Connector

Designed for capturing and analyzing the feeds from up to 25 cameras, and with sufficient storage for most situations provided by up to three SATA hard disk drives (up to 16TB (net) storage), the Alta A500 Cloud Connector provides an ideal basis for the small organization. It is equally useful as a node for a smaller office when configured as part of a larger cluster installation.

RMA and warranty policy on discontinued products

If a failure of an Alta A500 Cloud Connector occurs while the product is under warranty and such failure is covered by the warranty, Avigilon will replace the failed unit with a replacement. Support policy

Avigilon will continue to support the Alta A500 Cloud Connector until October 25, 2029 for software issues, or the expiration of the installed product's warranty as determined by the unit's service tag.
